Kale Fruit Smoothie
- 1 Banana
- 1 Apple
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 pkg. blueberry Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of Kale
- 4-5 strawberries
- 2-3 drops vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth.
Melon Berry Blast Pops
Prep time 10 min. Total time 10 min + freezing time. Makes 4 popsicles.
- 2 cups cubed watermelon
- 2 cups raspberry
- 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
Blend watermelon, raspberries, coconut milk, honey and lime juice in blender. Pour mixture through fine sieve into pitcher, pressing it through with back of spoon as necessary. Then pour puree into popsicle molds and freeze until firm. Dip bottoms of molds in hot water for 20 seconds to help loosen pops. Remove from molds and enjoy! Freeze any leftovers.
